2009 Maggie Awards

Beaver The Beaver published by Canada's National History Society received top honours as "Manitoba Magazine of the Year" at the first ever Manitoba Magazine Publishers' Association, Manitoba Magazine Awards or "Maggies" held Friday May 08, 2009 at the Fairmont Winnipeg.

Editor Mark Reid accepts the award from MMPA president Deborah Morrison. Morrison is also Publisher of the Beaver.
